Wow,this buildings comes along really good.

I guess the lower billboard might be the Coca Cola Billboard which can be seen on a few pictures.It has that distinctive swirly surface.

Oh just figured it out. This structure is actually very close up to the original.

So if everyone's still curious about what the bottom billboard is supposed to be...It's the Coca-Cola billboard. It's got a distinctly obscure shape that makes it really stand out on the bldg

I think the model of it is a little messed, but it'll do for now.

Now that Brutalist Building looks really sweet.I can`t firure out exactly how big it is but i can imagine a spot where it might fit even in my NY CJ.It would fit well in a place where in real life a weird,windowless two or three story building is standing with a parking lot attached to it (it`s somewhere near United Nations Building.....)

 

Besides that,the roads with all the traffic on it,are they on ground level?

If so,how did you made those basement construction parts with the support walls and the columns in the second picture.

Maybe you could make the brutalist one slightly more generic (=versatile) by removing the flag and changing the lettering to some generic word(s), too. Even if you decide against that, there is apparently some interest, and you never know if a CJer out there may be looking for just this very special building, even if it will probably not become a STEX "bestseller".

The palm tree on the right seems to be partially covered by the building.

 

Fantastic building. I'm a big fan of Philip K. Dick and the building reminds me of Ridley Scotts "Blade Runner". It could be some Science-Tec-Building. A facility where they build microchips or part for spacecrafts -> IHT.

 

But don't mind – what ever it will be ... can't wait to build a city around it.

Good idea. Now that you mention it, this building does have a kind of futuristic look and feel to it. To me, it looks like the shops are just props.

So with exams outta the way, I have about 3 months of nothing ahead of me...

 

Time to get back to Two Times Square

 

 

A bit of a note on some inaccuracies - as you can see in the back, there are indeed two garage ports. I just did that to compensate for the size of the back when I made it. But it looks okay and I'm not looking to reduce the size of it since it looks kinda good that way. Also, the building in this picture is not scaled to 133% like the other images I've posted have been so it is a little flat
