Is that on/off ramp available anywhere?

It's part of the NAM, dude. Bipin, I would guess, designed the building to have the overhang underneath the off ramp. BTW, Bipin, I'm really impressed with that BAT, hats off to you bro!! : )

I could be wrong though, maybe someone will enlighten us, wink, wink : )

The ramp leading to the parking area (with that lone car on it) is just a semi-functional lot. You can't drive cars along thre, but lotting does allow for it to be accessed by automate (although not visually). As for the building, I did indeed design that building, and you can get your own copy right here:

Everything on these last 2 pages has been amazing.  Makes me really want to drive home to get my PC and bring it to my apartment so I can play...

It also makes me really think twice about buying the new Simcity...

well, I can only look in awe at the stuff people are working on and hope that I'll come with similar stuff at some point, but for the moment I'm working on an early 20th-century (eastern/central//northern?) european city:

I was planning on extending the "old city" to the shore, and probably build the newer residential south and industrial across the river. I probably should start with the big outlines, but it always drifts to making one part of the city to the details at a time :P

My W.I.P region

Rough Estimate of Total RCI Population: 3,934,789

Still needs a bit of farms, suburbs, and trees to make it better

I've got quite a few projects in the pipeline and these are just a few to name.

http://s1320.beta.photobucket.com/user/ch1125/media/Monroeville-Jul24601361177379_zps17b2b6b6.jpg.html?sort=3&o=15

This is Pinespointe, Currently just have the offices laid out, I plan on doing condo complexes and the field to the right and retail/single family homes to the left.

This is just north of Pinespointe and I eventually plan on connecting the two as this will be a higher end retail area, Haven't come to a solid decision on what to do with the field in the lower part of the picture but I'm thinking of a large resort area or a golf course community.

http://s1320.beta.photobucket.com/user/ch1125/media/Coachman-Jul111351361177232_zps432b4a01.jpg.html?sort=3&o=2

Expansion of Memorial Forest Subdivision

http://s1320.beta.photobucket.com/user/ch1125/media/Avondale-Jul21981361177741_zps3efd4542.jpg.html?sort=3&o=9

Uptown Area, constantly a work in progress, recently added a museum district to the left. Im planning on making a trail system that follows the waterfront and the open land around I have no Idea what I will do with at this point, most likely mixtures of single family and condos with occasional offices?

http://s1320.beta.photobucket.com/user/ch1125/media/Plainview-Sep113391361176549_zps44b2992d.jpg.html?sort=3&o=12

The Domain at Kuykendahl, almost finished just have some undeveloped land to the right

http://s1320.beta.photobucket.com/user/ch1125/media/Avondale-Jun211981361177656_zps5a56d3df.jpg.html?sort=3&o=6

The Oaklands, about 1/8thof the way done and when I am finished it will be the largest subdivision in the metro area. I've finished most of the retail and office area but plan to incorporate more medium density lots around the complex, more towards the north of the property is golf course lots and single family areas.

I was having serioss issues with the bridge g lass, but I think most of that iss worked out now. It looks 10 jillion timex better. When I become less drunk and have the ability to figure out what the heck I'm doing in 4dsMax, i'll get another render and host it somewher.
