@justforfun I love your ability to remove shadows from textures *:thumb:

I have no architectural knowledge but it seems to me that the building's ventilation is poorly located. Some textures could be improved and the glass material looks rather unattractive*:D:

This glass material looks a bit more interesting:

I think the glass is very good and filled with interest.  Looking at the flat side of the building, whether you're looking into an atrium section of the building or whether this is a reflection from outdoors, is full of design interest and very realistic.  The other side of the building, where the exterior facade is running partially at an angle makes sense too - with the angle, the reflections are automatically going to be muddled.  I live where we have many, many glass buildings and I'm constantly marveling at how different they look depending on the direction you are viewing it from and the way the sun (or clouds) reflect at different times of the day and in different conditions.  I think it looks really good overall, I really like the entry areas on both sides and I think it has managed to create a really interesting depth to the facade walls as well.

That's looking like a Mattb325 creation, spectacular work @Barroco Hispano!

After a thermal event on my PC I had a week of crisis and no SimCity. Everything is 90% back to normal now, and I have been busy getting back into my Mayor groove.

This is the Fangela Industrial Zone, a small city tile squeezed in between Large ones that is used for Jobs. Industrial zones remind me some what of motherboards, of which I have seen a lot of recently...

@justforfun Equalizing textures also takes time, and you do it very well!

@hugues aroux According to Google Lens, it's a black poplar (although I have my doubts). The wind gives the trees an interesting touch; perhaps I'll apply that to other trees. *:thumb:

@JulianMIA Thanks for your observation! I decided to improve it a bit; I increased the thickness of the glass, added the flooring and curtains, but my glass material is pretty bad compared to the great Batters here. I think I'll have to ask you guys for help *:D

Likely the HVAC equipment on a modern building is lined up in a row to maximize pipe and hose efficiency and placed on short racs to allow air circulation underneath.  I was looking down on the roof of a pretty new building today and there were two rows of about 30 units each exactly like that.

This building is looking great though!
