If some of you can buy models, you send them to me and I export them. *

I'd love to have some seasonal HD apple trees in-game, but I'm guessing these models don't come with seasonal variants?

The lavender is looking really good!

@BartonThinks Right now I don't have an apple tree but I don't rule out that I will have one in the future.

Making a seasonal tree is quite easy, I mean, you just have to change the color of the leaves in 3dsmax, the problem is that I don't know how easy it is to make a seasonal tree in SimCity 4.

Modding seasonal props is a little bit tedious, but it's pretty straightforward. I experience modding seasonal props, if you ever need help. It's just a matter of knowing how to use RTK4s and a small number of exemplar properties used to control when the prop is "active."

Riverbed under construction.
Corrected from the previous data.
A new sluice gate was installed to create a connection point between the developed riverbed and the unspoiled river.
Trees and flowers will be planted around the river to complete the project.

Could you remind me what that sluice gate is (and where to find it ?) Thanks ! *:)

Yo --

From what I can tell, it's over on the LEX.  There's a whole series of packs, props, etc, etc, listed toward the bottom of the page.  Try not to miss any of them, or you'll get the dreaded brown box!

They are beautiful lots -- but read the "read me".  They can be difficult to work with and cannot be used with "Maxis water" -- only plop water -- and at specific heights.

But they are gorgeous.  I just wish someone would "modernize" these lots and make them compatible with Maxis water.

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

I think it's a hydrodam, one of 4 I have. I don't use plop water much anymore, but I think I remember concocting a way to use it with game water.

Colors and textures are spot-on!

I like what you're doing here. The WTW really works with that terrain texture.

After I released the old north church in boston, I received a request for new england style churches...the sort made from white painted timber with bright white steeples that appear in any picture postcard with autumn leaves from that part of the world. Surprisingly, there are very few of these iconic looking churches in game, so I whipped one up

Glad to see more churches. There's a real need for diversity of places of worship in SC4. I'd be happy to send you some examples of designs I like or that are typical if you're interested.

This going to take a while to fill in.  MTP stuff is fun.  I've got underground highways all over the place that transfer into Avenues when out of the tunnel.

Gonna put most of the rail underground along the bottom, and also add BSC Newman Coal Mine somewhere West of this, and will be on rail and will blend into the mountain with PEG streams connecting on both sides.

Yes! Check out PGX's "The Thing"

It's truly a beast but a beautiful one at that, so inspiring for city building!

That's right.
You can use it by DLing a huge number of files on this site.
The difficulty with this data is that you have to dig down about 10-15 meters to a flat area.
I think what this means is that the topography will have an unnatural connection to the ocean.
It is not that difficult if you have a certain amount of effort to dig down and level the land if you are just using it as a riverbed.
There are straight and diagonal lines, inside and outside angles, and parts for dams and sluices, so there is a high degree of freedom and completeness.
