Nice work, it creates a lot of visual interest when you have transit lines running above and below each other like that

Dresden I - Town Fern - S Bahn infrastructure !

Most importanant city rail infrastructure laid down. Some  boulevard and bridges. Later street patern fill out ! Dresden HBF and Neustadt !

Chess patern with here and there some diagonal boulevard´s to come !

Still some adjustment to make !

Finally got time to work on a new city tile I designed a while ago.

This is Greenspanse with the passenger rail lines already in place.

The middle area of the city is my favorite part of the terrain, so far.

Here is a view from the other side.

And a nice close-up.

I have been going back on all  of my new lots because I realized I was not putting enough lighting around the pedestrian areas. 

Not really finished this development yet, South Station Circle, but I decided to turn off the sun for a moment and immediately got that awestruck feeling at the work that so many of the content creators put into the fine details like lighting on props and buildings...

I am continuing to work on the new developments, block by city block (very large blocks though ).  I snapped this pic so that I could see what work still needed to be done on this lot - here it is unfinished, it got more tables, a coffee kiosk, a shared bike station, and lots of people.  I like working on these large developments where you have to put multiple buildings together, I like the 'alleys' between the buildings, they are kind of my favorite.

Then I remind myself that as soon as the building that is prescribed for the empty section is plopped all that coolness will disappear again - so I cannot see that it's there, I just have to KNOW it's there...

Also, I am really wanting to use this beautiful older red brick texture but I decided it was not quite modern enough for this completely reinvented section of the city - but soon.

ANNO Europe NAM 36 Explora !

Today tried out ANNO Europe with NAM 36 ! Created a default normal NAM 36 instalation. Made a copy of Europe Europe 36. Replaced NAM 32 with NAM 36 and voila !

Great wish was crossing rivers without seperate tram bridges. Here see the sample before !

Nasty seperation for road and tram traffic a like !

Present bridge height isn´t to flat to allow a combined bridge, so terrain was raised 7.5m ! Watch the transformation !

How nice this is solved, I wish a double and more different bridge pylon design be available !

There are quite a few trees and other props that I really like but have been made only with seasonal settings - like the great summer flower planters by @Girafe that go so well in the new South Yards business district - but I had not really used them effectively because here in south Florida we are not really very seasonal!

So this evening I successfully taught myself how to 'unseasonalize' these props using Reader and now I can get exactly what I want exactly when I want it - which, you know, is always my goal...
