The Miller Block and Whitten Block were married together in 1985, and is now one building (on the inside), known as the Hotel Lusso.

It should be made because the simtropolis community doesn't have enough midrise buildings.

Major Procuratorate Republic's Building (Brasília, Brazil)

This building was built in 2002 and was projected by Oscar Niemeyer.

The building could be used as a medium-hise CO$$/CO$$$. Simtropolis do not have many Brasília buildings.

This BAT will be beneficial, because there are not many modern stadiums for Simcity 4, other than the generic SC4 and a couple of performing arts stadiums. This stadium will fit well with high-tech cities and provide a boost of recreation for Simoleons.

Marina Bay Sands complex

 

With the entire complex designed by moshe safdie architects, the marina bay sands complex is definitely a national icon of Singapore, as well as billed as the world's 2nd most expensive complex. 

A BAT on this will be beneficial. Firstly anyone who wants to model their city to look exactly like Singapore needs this icon. Secondly, the architecture of the buildings designed in the complex is futuristic. That skypark on the complex's three towers resembles closely like an aircraft carrier in the sky. Ever seen a gigantic lotus? Only can be found at the marina bay complex. Though aesthetically rich, an expert BATer might consider giving this a challenge. Try model the roofs of the mall with stunning accuracy. Or maybe BAT the 2 floating pavilions to provide commercial shops for citizens.

This building is at 48 Ward St in Hamilton, New Zealand and sticks out of a Mall called Centre Place, the most generic name for a mall ever. It’s also the tallest building in the city as far as I can tell.

It’s 30 stories tall I think. I’ll be there later so I’ll be able to confirm or disprove that soon enough.

I'm also aware that's a bad picture but I’ll be able to get a better one later on but I’m not due to go anywhere for a few hours so you'll have to wait

In the mean time however you've got the Google Earth info in the corner of the screenshot so you can follow those and see if you can get a better look at the building.

AGUIRRE THERMOELECTRIC POWER STATION

Disclaimer: I want these power plants to be comparable to the large power plants mod for SimCity 4 (can't find the author ATM--Simtropolis' search function for the files has become worse with each successive site upgrade).  What I do know if this mod makes all the 4x4 in-game power plants into larger 8x8 or 6x6  buildings with more features and more power generating capabilities.  On this mod the oil power plant goes up to 65,000 MWh / month and the natural gas power plant goes up to 25,000 MWh / month.

What I would really love to see for this 2016 is the Houses of Parliament. Such an iconic building yet no one ever made in more than 10 years of game.. If someone could get a shot at it, it would be awesome!

Thats what I have been doing, but we didn't have a chevy dealer until recently. There is only one Ford dealer that I know of (the heblem one). Now all we need is buick/gmc, honda, and toyota ones.

It's a good addition, especially for players who want to build an modern residential district near modern downtown. Also I heard about the International Month on STEX, so I think it's matching into it, especially for it's modern and elegant shape.

I would like to address this case to the Batters, who can do a spectacular nightlights in 3DS, the care about detail, and they want to recreate it for Darknite mod.

I will be very thankful to see that thing in my (and other cities) ingame.

One thing I have noticed is an apparent lack of buildings from India on here and the LEX. India has some really neat buildings, and, being an Indian myself, I think it would be cool to see some more buildings in India being re-created for SC4.

Shreepati Arcade; A residential skyscraper in Mumbai:

Victorian Memorial: A building that is dedicated to Queen Victoria and is now a museum. Located in Kolkata.

LIC Building; A regional headquarters of a life insurance company and it is located in Chennai

Hyatt Regency Chennai; A luxury hotel located, in well, Chennai.

In general, the possibilities are endless when it comes to re-creating buildings for SC4, but I really, really, would like to see some more Indian representation.
