~ Welcome to my thread of BAT designs for SimCity 4 ~

 

I have decided to start creating designs for SimCity 4 again. Sometimes the pace will be faster than others, but my plan is to do it as consistently as possible. I have a little girl who is just 3 years old, so imagine how much time she needs 

My plan is to recreate buildings from different places around the world and not focus on any particular style. I simply want to include all the things I would like to see in the game, even buildings that I may never use in my Japanese region. The list of possible buildings will range from Spain to the Netherlands (I have both nationalities and my roots are important in this regard ). even buildings in Japan, the United States, Germany, etc... as you can see, there is no limit, the only important detail is that they will be buildings that I like and that I am capable of making. My main goal is to give back to the community Everything I can, since I have been enjoying this game every day for over 20 years.

Hello,

Today I want to share with you my next project. It is located in my home city and it is one of those buildings that I love to see, not only because of its environment, but for its shape and what it represents for my city. 

"Torre de Control marítimo de A Coruña" - Spain.

Below you can see the current progress after a few hours. I needed to make it a little taller because with the original measurements in the game it didn't look very good.

I still need to add a lot of details everywhere, but I think I should finish the day model within the next days.

This is such a unique piece! You should consider some of your other local buildings too, most of us are unfamiliar with A Coruña but it looks like an interesting place!

I love my hometown to be honest, as you said, it is a interesting place and it has some nice buildings. I have some more local buildings on my list. I want yo make the oldest lighthouse in function, which is located here as well and it is called "Torre de Hercules" and I think it is a unique monument.

Hola veciño !! Penso que vai ser o meu proximo modelo. Sempre quixen recrear a nosa cidade.

Hi mate, I believe the tower of Hercules is going to be my next project. I always wanted to recreate our beautiful city.
