Looks like the house of someone with more money than taste, but it's a good BAT - the more variety in residential, the better.

lol, it is a model of my house rp. Alright, i do plan to do more houses in this style. The lots have 6 people for high and 11 for medium and 24 for low wealth.

The numbers are low compared to maxis inflated numbers, but they are much more accurate.

rax - That sprawly kind of place doesn't fit too well with my euro taste - no offence meant. You can counter-comment in a couple of weeks when my BAT skills get up to speed enough for me to do where I live!

Very good, but the grass texture is weird... nevermind, 10/10!!! :D

Other then the color of the grass(looks too fake!) It looks great!! The grass should fit more of a medium wealth colord grass then the bright super healthy grass look. It could also use some trees just for some flavor.
