Tragicomicus' Lakeview Condos

 

I haven't uploaded anything to the STEX in a couple of months. I decided to release this one, after some deliberation. It is a r$$$ growable. Lakeview Condos is a 4 unit apartment building with each unit housing up to 6 sims. It is on a 2x2 lot.
