very nice for a first BAT, i think the white texture is a little too bright, though

good first BAT, starting small is the best for beginner BATters anyway, I should have learnt that before I delved into skyscrapers

I don't mind the white, but I think the daytime windows lack something.. A little too...uniformly grey

ok if the pic is right there are TONS of people walking by the cafe... tone down the people! so many of these lots have TONS of people walking by and there is really no need for this kind of sim abuse! I like to see sims just like you but not DROVES of them walking by buildings 10/10 building though

Thanks for the comments everyone. Addax, I agree about the daytime windows and am experimenting - they should be better on my next building. Chase73 - I think all the people appeared because the ploppable is a landmark - that always happens when you first put down a landmark lot.

This is really cool - has an art-deco feel to it. Perhaps you could do some more stuff like that, for a Miami Beach / Vice City-style quarter. Maybe some hotels/clubs with pink or blue neon nightlighting - I'd love that :)

Nice to have a few modern to choose from. If all those people are from the cafe though, it would be nice to tone it down.
