Sorry, but the fact that there is request for voluntary donations what is it having to do with the quality of the content. Based on the your review, you downrated something because the uploader accepts donations. It seems simply wrong.

Besides, you downrated the LOT uploads which generally has nothing to do with the donations. Baracco is asking donations for buying the 3d source models which then he enhances and turns them to useful materials for SC4. 

Also where the donations should go that's completely the private matter of the donor as we are talking about the donor's money. Which I know as I am a semi frequent donor both for some of his projects which seem interesting to me and for the site and I also have some of the patreon subscriptions.
