Another wall to wall Boring Little Building™, a 2x2 CS$ lot based off a small Seattle business located in the international district. 

We don't seem to have many custom auto repair lots, and I wanted a wall to wall style garage for the grittier urban/industrial transitional areas. I don't know who made the model of the car I used in the garage, it's one I found online for free but if there was any issue with that I could rework it. I used a 'Free Spot' light for the interior night lighting and I'm a little conflicted on how it looks but more happy than not I guess, leave your feedback if you think it doesn't look satisfactory.

thank you    an essential building if we want to recreate realistic cities with their grittier areas    beautiful details and the night lighting is excellent   also it grows well
