This is the first fictional lot I've done, another boring little building based slightly off of the last Blockbuster store in Oregon. It was also the first time I made a store with an interior so it sort of looks like an actual video store through the windows. Called it Videowave, a generic name a video store would have and gave it an aquamarine color tone to give it an 80's/underwater theme to fit the name. 2x2 lot with a few C$$ jobs, Netflix will not be putting this one out of business...
