About This File

This is a karate dojo in Mexicali, BC, Mexico, and home to Team Kofuja. It's distinctive marquee makes it a landmark, and one of the first places you'll see when you cross the border, being only 400 meters south.

 

This 1x3 lot is full-width and would go well between 1 or 2 other buildings.

The zip file contains both a CS$ growable version, as well as an eyecandy landmark one. This lot has no dependencies.

Personally, I love that you have selected an iconic building and then very faithfully recreated it, but I think the best thing about it is that this will look fantastic in many environments, and will surely be a useful addition to lots of cities, well done.
