I'm going to go back through your uploads and rate 5 stars for each of them, because as a few have already noted, what you've made is unique and there is a definite need for unique buildings and types of businesses, just like in the real world.

thank you   nice to have buildings like this in the game  need to have a variety of places for Sims to relax   looks really good at night too

Sweet signage! I think there is way to much corporate office buildings in the game and this is not one of those. Thanks for breaking the older tread and making things that are unique. Keep it up.
