Plaza Mall is a massive, city block sized shopping mall based on Helsinki Forum. I started this in 2007 and finished 2018, though rarely did touch the bat.
Reason why I uploaded this a static landmark is, that you have RIGHTS to mod and lot this to a functional landmark building, growable building or whatever you think of and then you can UPLOAD it to STEX while giving me credit for creating the building. I can't mod anything unless its on SC4's own modding tool and it cannot do skite. I tried fixing PIMX and other tools but nothing helped. Yeah and it should be named as Plaza Mall because it has huge logos on it.
