HELEN HQ is a fictional office skyscraper for Helsingin Energia which has branded itself as HELEN. It sits on a 3x4 lot and costs 1 § per month. Building is based on old Neste Tower and served as headquarters of Fortum Energy Corp. after merger of Neste and Imatran Voima (logo on this building is based on IV's old logo) and is now refitted for 2020's to serve as headquarters of Accountor, which I believe is some sort of financial company. I also based my building on a draft where Neste Tower was to be transformed into residental tower but it was scrapped in Western Helsinki council. When it was built it was tallest building in Finland and tallest in Western Helsinki (aka Espoo) before some residental tower was built 2 or 3 years ago. Reason why I uploaded this as a static landmark is, that you have RIGHTS to mod and lot this to a functional landmark building, growable building or whatever you think of and then you can UPLOAD it to STEX while giving me credit for creating the building. I can't mod anything unless its on SC4's own modding tool and it cannot do skite. I tried fixing PIMX and other tools but nothing helped. -

Plaza Mall is a massive, city block sized shopping mall based on Helsinki Forum. I started this in 2007 and finished 2018, though rarely did touch the bat. Reason why I uploaded this a static landmark is, that you have RIGHTS to mod and lot this to a functional landmark building, growable building or whatever you think of and then you can UPLOAD it to STEX while giving me credit for creating the building. I can't mod anything unless its on SC4's own modding tool and it cannot do skite. I tried fixing PIMX and other tools but nothing helped. Yeah and it should be named as Plaza Mall because it has huge logos on it. -

TG Krio Diagonals is a pack of my old diagonals, created in 2006-2007. Bats are based on building styles in Helsinki, but because they are like 10 years old they aren't as good as my later work and some of the textures seems to be missing. Anyways, these were modded by RippleJet of BSC. Lot sizes are usually 1x1 with overhanging prop and amount of cs §§ jobs are and looks Esplanadi set: 304 - 565 (varies by building) , 2x2 dia corner with blue, yellow and green Vaasankatu and Mikonkatu sets: 85 - 101: 1x1 multicolored dia straight Kampinmalminkatu: 138, 1x2 diagonal green Siltasaarenkatu: 1718 that huge box Annankatu set: 85 - 135 1x1 dia corner in multiple colours Valotalo: 92 : flashy flashy corner dependacies are; Krio Mega Pack and Krio Props Support is in Krioworks -
Greetings from Scotland! Here is another work in progress. It is in my Lisanroe region, but this particular city is HEAVILY inspired by Helsinki, the Capital of Finland. Most of my cities start life as a train station and in this corner of my region, I wanted a coastal city, so I plonked Helsinki train station and things escalated quickly until I had recreated a portion of Helsinki's city centre. That's all there is to it, thanks to Krio and many others for the excellent content. I used streetview and google earth to help pick the most suitable buildings and I've tried to avoid repetition so far. A full replication of Helsinki is not feasible because the streets run in many weird angles and there are not always suitable buildings for everything you want to create, so any further progress will be a condensed and re-imagined version of the city. Full size images are available by clicking on them, enjoy! The central station area. I have tweaked a few lots in the editor to enhance the realism and fill in some of the gaps: ___________________________________________________ _________________________________ Some of the central shopping streets, with pedestrianised zones and tramways: ________________________________ This is the first major deviation from real life Helsinki. In reality, the city continues south of the park, but I have decided to have the shoreline here instead (because this is at the edge of my region, and I can't be bothered creating the entire city! ________________________________________ The shoreline park at another angle: __________________________________ And finally, an overview of the work completed so far: _______________________________ Thanks for the encouraging comments from the last journal. As I've said, this in not a full recreation and I've taken many creative liberties to make it fit with the game's parameters and my region as a whole, so if I have upset any Finnish people by flooding your neighborhood or getting the colour of your house wrong, well too bad

Aleksanterinkatu building set is composed of three diagonal wall to wall bats, fictious in design (really one design and palette swaps, lol) based on buildings in Helsinki. And I because I didn't lose the model when laptop went crashy crash, I can produce more, better variants (yeah, right) STATS Lot size: 1x1 with overhangin' prop Capacity: 39 CS-§ in all three Plop cost: 764 § in all three Batting by Krio, modding and lotting ??? Really don't know who modded these, might be me or someone from SimPeg. Anyway, give credit to the modder. What's this? Mighty BAT thread appears? -

Länsikeskus, three year old bat from the private archives! Länsikeskus is fictional wall-to-wall mall with an office tower. Inspiration to this one was tower in Helsinki, Itäkeskuksen Maamerkki, currently under rebuilding to a residental tower with some sissy Pearl Tower name. Anyways, building is a functional landmark and here are the stats: Lot size: 4x3 Capacity: 1616 CS §§ Plop cost: 686 § No dependacies. Everything by Krio. And as usual, blah blah Krioworks, blah blah I'm great and so on. -

Toinen Linja 1 Set is a continuation for my Toinen Linja 4 Set (really I've no logic with numbering) and I totally forgot to upload this months ago. Anyways, here we go! Set is composed of nine 1x1 w2w corners, which can grow, can be plopped as functional or just eyecandy landmarks. Really the main change to TL4S is that windows are rounder and...yes that's pretty much it. But hey, more diversity! STATS: Lot size: 1x1 Plop cost: LM: 100 § FLM: 100 § Capacity: FLM: 12 cs§ grow: 30 r§ Dependacies: NOPE Batting: Krio, lotting and modding magic: Simcoug. To see my current progress and chance to give feedback, check out Krioworks -
Kjeldsbourg is a town in southern Estonia, It has a very rich history and beautiful buildings History- (actually just copied and pasted from my CJ on Xl nation The earliest recording of Kjeldsbourg was in 1229 after Livonian Crusade. Kjeldsbourg was then a small town of about 2000 citizens , it was described as having a monastery on the south bank and the town on the north. It was part of the Livonian order until 1346 when The whole of Estonia was sold to the Teutonic order and became part of Ordenstaat. (Germany) By now Kjeldsbourg had grown to around 10 000 people , While Russia was successfully invading Estonia the Teutonic Order had collapsed. Sweden then overtook Estonia and the population swelled , Including that of Kjeldsbourg. It now had a castle and around 12 000 however, after the Great Famine of 1695–97 killed some 70,000 people (20%of the population of Estonia) the population fell again to around 10 000 . After the Great Northern War (1700–21) between Sweden and Russia , the Swedish empire lost Estonia to Russia by the Treaty of Nystad. However, the upper classes and the higher middle class remained primarily Baltic German. The war devastated the population of Estonia and Kjeldsbourg dropped to 7000, but it recovered quickly. The monastery in Kjeldsbourg was heavily damaged in the war , the Russians rebuilt it like St Basil s cathedral in Moscow in 1834. . After the Russian revolution of 1917, Tallinn remained under Soviet control until 24 February 1918, when Estonian independence was declared. Kjeldsbourg had now a population of 16 000 and was an important food producer , in WW2 it provided food and ammunition for Russian Troops , before Estonia was occupied by Germany . Many of the people that had come to Estonia making ammunition stayed , the population swelled . It hit the 20 000 mark in 1948 . By now the war had ended and Stalin saw it as an opportunity to regain Estonia . After the end of Soviet Rule (1991) when Estonia formally declared independence and the Soviet Union collapsed , the population was 34 000 . It continued to grow as Kjeldsbourg was recognized as a Tourist resort and the airport (Kjelédbürager regional airport) was opened . Today Kjeldsbourg has a population of 56 000 people and continues to grow. it is an Exporter of Food and a famous holiday destination Pictures The Cathedral A street A plane on the taxiway The church of St Michael Overview At the bottom of this photo you can see one of my earlier RHM (realisitc highway mod) interchanges
