You wanted them so you got them!
This is a 2 for 1 deal. You get 2 small, 1x1 plazas, one with a black obelisk and one with a smaller version of my Thutmose obelisk.
These are both to scale with the actual Thumose obelisk. They are both 22 meters tall, and have a base of about 2 meters.
The plazas give positive effects to the surounding areas and have no negative effects!

Special thanks goes for Kel9509 for providing a new version of these lots as the original ones were corrupted.

"I happen to have a thing for Obelisks in my cities.  So I was VERY disappointed to learn that since February 2004, these lots are completely corrupt and cannot be opened in Reader or PIM-X.  Moreover, the limited description here doesn't really provide what sort of benefits the lot would provide.

Thankfully, they seem easy to recreate.  So I recreated the lots as small 1x1 plazas with standard PIM-X settings (without the palm trees).  They offer the following:

Landmark: 40, 10
Park: 5, 10
Cap Relief:
R$, R$$, R$$$: 1000

Only 21 years, 9 months, 10 days for everyone to wait until a fix!  Yay!"
