Hello everyone, I have a concrete concept for a mega commercial project in SimCity (2013) and I would love to request the help of a talented modder to bring it to life. My goal is to build a massive, high-wealth Luxury Shopping Mall. To plan this, I have carefully mapped out a realistic mix of 191 retail stores, food courts, services, and department anchors based on real-world major shopping malls in Brazil (as shown in my attached spreadsheet screenshot). Since simulating 191 individual retail agents would completely overwhelm the GlassBox engine and crash the game, I am looking for a large, ploppable commercial building that acts as a single massive complex. Ideally, the custom building or asset mod would feature: 1. High capacity for High-Wealth ($$$) shoppers and tourists. 2. Large employment capacity for Medium ($$) and High-Wealth ($$$) Sims. 3. A modern, upscale architectural design that blends well with high-density luxury districts and MegaTowers. I have already cataloged all the brands, logos, and categories (ranging from Fast Food, Banks, and Tech stores to major Department Anchors like Renner and C&A). If any experienced modder is interested in taking on a new custom building project, I can easily provide these visual assets to help with the building's storefront textures.
