One Roxxon Plaza is a fictional office skyscraper for Roxxon Energery Corporation. It sits on a 2x4 lot and costs 150 § per month.
Reason why I uploaded this a static landmark is, that you have RIGHTS to mod and lot this to a functional landmark building, growable building or whatever you think of and then you can UPLOAD it to STEX while giving me credit for creating the building. I can't mod anything unless its on SC4's own modding tool and it cannot do skite. I tried fixing PIMX and other tools but nothing helped.
