Purely fictional, I made these apartments to both complement, and provide competition for, other sets of apartments that I have made over the years.
These are designed with a suburban/urban hybrid feel with the pitched roofing adding to the domestic quality while the scale and massing allows it to blend in with denser environments. Given how the building is laid out, each apartment has private balconies and outer spaces: the penthouses and sub penthouses enjoy expansive roof terraces and double aspect rooms more in keeping with a standard house than a densely packed apartment building.
These are inspired by more modern European-styled apartments but really could be anywhere in the world.
There are three different lot variations: 5x3, 5x5 and 8x8.
Use the CTRL key while zoning to assist growth.

There are two model files in this download. You must select the appropriate file from the download. The file suffixed with 'DN' is for those users with a night-time darkening mod installed. The file suffixed with 'MN' is for users who do not have any such mods installed.
If you are unsure whether you have a night-darkening mod installed, then choose the Maxis night version.
If you use the dark nite version, you will need a dark nite mod. (http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/23089-simfox-day-and-nite-modd/)
