You can even plop it on a small lake if you wish.

This lot is not animated. It just represents a simple trash barge hauling garbage but it does not move, however it still functions as a recycling center.

thank you for making this garbage barge    some large cities still use this method to get rid of their huge amounts of garbage and it's nice to have it in SC4 for added realism and variety
