There seems to be an issue with this file. According to SimGoober the first tile is overwriting the others in game. I will look at fixing this so track this file, I will update it if necessary. I will also add more Textures so track it for that reason too, or just watch the thread! Thanks!

Fantastic! Any chance of getting the textures themselves for use in the BAT? I can see some sidewalk, patios, etc that can match nicely with these, and have lights and shadows from the buildings.... :P
