I absolutely love this, not only is it very good work but such a creative idea, as well. I've been wanting to do something like this in one of my cities, and this is an amazing example. The photos of things like the rainstorm look great as well, it's quite realistic.

Alright, time for me to take the role of less-educated. The .zip file I download from STEX is "corrupt or invalid", is there any other way I could acquire this or am I doing something blatantly wrong by clicking the download button? -

just wait at the page, it'll download eventually. takes longer than you expect. and nuclear attacks aren't anything that should even be simulated, that's awful. if you really want to do such a thing, there's probably some pointlessly violent xbox game as opposed to a semi-realistic city simulator.

I would say your best bet is probably avoiding an army base in the first place. It won't earn you much money and sims don't like it anyway.

Go to the Modding Files section, left side of the page, bottom link. the super demand modd found on there works quite well, if you dont mind the game being somewhat unrealistic.
