Yest, that is a nice relot. Maybe a bit too many street lights, but otherwise really nice.

In fact the parking lot is a bit too smal for such a shop. It might be nice if you did another maybe 5x7 or 6x6 lot as an additional one. Good for variation in game too.

I agree that the parking lot is much too small. The Ikea closest to me has a massive parking lot. Most of them I have seem elsewhere have Wal-mart sized parking lots at least.

 

Nice work! I like the size of the parking lot, sometimes a smaller Lot can be more easily fit in and added to around it than an oversized parking lot.  

 

      I noticed after playing around with the lot ingame , it can be very versatile . It is NOT slope friendly , so make sure to flatten the area where you want it . I haven't grown it yet , I cheated and plopped it .   So if it doesn't grow , look for raynev1 under the LotPlop menu right below the last R$ using the Extra Cheats and it still has jobs .

 

      If anything needs to be tweaked , feel free to do so . I don't know how to use Reader or Plugin Manager . I'm just figuring out how to use the lot editor successfully .

@philforhockey51 Thanks for the kind words , I created the lot with bigger plans . That's why I left so many entrances . NAM and SAM can do wonders . check out the images in the spoiler , I am pleased so far .

@FrankU and @ericexp I made the lot the same size as the original , because I was worried about crime . The larger the lot , the higher the crime .

      I included some more images to show just one possible use with filler lots and the SAM(Peg Parking) street . Then your parking lots will have activity .

This is what can be done with a little imagination and good old SC4 ingenuity and a modest plugin folder .

  ^ Front , nearly seamless . After flattening the area under the lot , then it was seamless . Like one big lot .

  ^ In this overview , with the route query . You can see workers entering from all angles , thanks to the NAM Team and the SAM option . If you don't have it . Get it , it's really good stuff . Enjoy .

I will surely give it a try because my city has a Swedish name so I was looking for some Swedish brands. Still waiting for someone to create MAX restaurant or maybe an ICA MAXI
