About This File

In this installment of the Maxis renewal series, the basic Maxis civic services, as well as some government related rewards, have been re-loted.

As usual, changes include general lot redecoration, like most flora seasonalized and SCILT sidewalk textures, among other things.

Lots overridden: Small and Large elementary schools, Small and Large high schools, City college, Basic and Mayor art museums, Local and Central Libraries, Private schools, Opera, Police kiosk, Small, Large and Deluxe police stations, Small and Large fire stations, Clinic, Medical center and Disease center, City halls, Courthouse, Stock exchange and Bureau of bureaucracy (Back shown in the screenshot)

As usual, these overrides require a considerable amount of dependencies:

CityHalls Mod Reward Fix (Needed for the City Hall Overrides. Make sure the overrides load after this!)

Opera House Fix (Recommended)

Maxis buildingprop Vol 1 and 2 OR T-Wrecks' Maxis prop name and query fix

CP's SCILT (Linked to maxis default version, choose any version you want)

Notes:

As with any lot overrides, it's recommended to bulldoze any existing instances of these Maxis lot overrides in your desired region before (un)installing this plugin, otherwise it may lead to problems ranging from texture and prop mismatches to other issues. You can plop them back afterwards.

Have you tried this with the other City Hall fix? The one from Simmaster with the DLL? I'm asking because I want to use your relots but I'm not sure if it will work.

@Onaj Filip I have tested the city hall relots with Simmaster's DLL and unfortunately it doesn't seem to work properly. The city won't suffer crashes and the lots themselves can still function, but I think something regarding the overrides' IDs seems to cause these three rewards to not unlock :(

I'll have to make a separate version for this. For now, I'll recommend to avoid using the city hall overrides if you are using Simmaster's fix ;)

Oh, thank you, these needed relotting so badly... I was planning on changing all the Maxis lots to seasonal flora for my new region, but you've saved me the time!

Also, yes, it's a lot of dependencies, so of course people will complain... but anyone who's been using custom content most likely has all these already - I know I do. The thing with dependencies is, for any lotter who wants to make something that looks better than Maxis lots, better props are essential! And for better props, you just gotta have dependencies.

Hello, (not english: google my friend ...)
Everything is really great! Schools with walls, barriers, I love it ... But the samll-school displays 3 Brownboxs.I saw in LE that the three CP_FlowerBed4x2_ortho_white_conforming do not appear. Here stops my skills.

Really nice re-lots, everything fits well together. Good job! *:thumb:

I have one small gripe with it it though:

- The fences of the Police kiosk stay even after i bulldoze it. They disappear however when build over (except zoning).

Apart from that, beautiful!

I know its necro-ish but in case others have a similar issue. Through my moderate testing this seems to work fine with Simmaster's version if you have the z_CityHallFixRelot.dat run BEFORE his UpgradeableCityHalls.DLL. I do have it loading AFTER the UpgradeableCityHalls.DAT but I didn't test the load order on that

I am using your file well. It's really cool. 
However, even though I have all the dependencies, I cannot see the floor texture in the private school.
Can you tell me what more files I need to import?
