So why not make it again for Skylines. 
The United Overseas Bank is one of the major banks in Singapore. The buildings are located in the heart of the CBD of Singapore facing the Singapore River. The compound consists of Plazas 1 and 2 and a link connecting them. Plaza 2 was UOB's older building, Plaza 1 standing at 280m was completed in 1992. Plaza 1 was designed by renowned architect Kenzo Tange of Japan.
Level 6 Monument in Cities Skylines. Adds worker and tourist demand.
