You are just an incredible new BATter. You've got the nightlights almost perfect! Now all you need are those dirty textures... ;)

The style reminds me of the houses here in Santa Monica. Good job 10/10

Agreed, I really admire the nightlighting you do on your buildings, but the textures could use a little refining. Other than that, there's nothing more I could say (except for may be adding some roof junk to the roof :P)

Thanks ... I need to study for the Realistic texture ... it is very difficult.

I noticed one other thing. Not to sound like I am nit picking but the part on top that is suppose to be your chimney I am guessing. Your light is shining through in the edge where it should be solid. Unless you meant to do that. Awesome bat though. 5/5

Very nice work! It's really nice to see more HD stuff around and I hope you continue with that. A couple of the details here, particularly a couple textures, could be improved but this looks quite nice as is.
