About This File

Added rivers, modified config.bmp to better reflect the location of real-world cities on the island, and finally, correcting the title of the original upload which has been nagging me for 20+ years now: it's part of the Philippines, not Indonesia, although the two are pretty close geographically and culturally so I understand the confusion.
