The first BAT of a line of revivals, Mayhem Memorial Plaza is a revived building from the European Tileset of the classic predecessor to SimCity 4, SimCity 3000 (Unlimited). The small mid-rise has 10 floors and grows as a CS$$, CS$$$ and CO$$$. The pack comes also comes with a Landmark Ploppable version, which however, does not function but is a normal Landmark. This BAT also has a partial W2W ability.

This BAT is available in both Maxis-nite and Darknite. It comes with two files for each night setting. Only one file should be use at a time, relative to your preferred night setting.

Excellent.  5/5

This revival project is truly a worthy effort.

Suggest *.zip format in future.  Many users cannot unpack *.rar without additional software.

any chance of a .zip file for downloading?

Yeap! I've replaced the .rar file with .zip. It actually shouldn't have been a .rar in the first place. Must've forgotten to change the format before I packaged it :P

Wow - that is an amazing remake for SC4.  Wow, who would have thought that such an awesome building could come from SC3000.  Thanks Huston!

Is the Waisho-dan supposed to be included, and can I remove the desc without affecting the Memorial Plaza lot?

It doesn't work to me. Neither the Mayhem memorial nor the Weishiodan do. I can only plop useles landmarks with a 40$/month cost.

Neither can I search the building with the "buildingplop" comand and try to plop it, the arrow is red and you can't plop anything when selecting the file.

May anybody explain me why?

NOTE: I've installed only the maxis night version.

I experience this too.  Guess I'll have to re-lot it when I get the time.

There is no Maxis Night version, unfortunately. Seems you made a mistake. Still good though.

I've opened the sc4model file with the reader... and both maxisnight AND darknight renders are in the file, and the darknight ones are showing ingame.
