A cool building...and it's by Kurokawa Kisho!  As Kurokawa is one of my favorite architects, its surprisingly awesome to see how many of his buildings actually make their way into our SimCities as masterful BATs.

Ooo, Modern sohpistication -- I like it :)

Now here's a building that graces a downtow street corner! Sleek, elegant, not too flashy yet not too generic, either... tall, but not ridiculously tall... in short, it should be very useful. The lower part at the base really adds a lot to its appeal and prevents that "rod stuck into the ground" look that skyscraper BATs can easily have. I'm definitely going to check this one out. :)

of this unique building (although it is exciting to see it grow)
