Here it is: the first set of Dutch Farm Lots.

The set contains 35 farm lots. The lots contain only field props, so when they grow you will see only crops, just like in real life, where not every plot of farmland has a house, a barn or a shed.

In order to be able to recognize the simple state of these "farms" I call them Stage 0, but in fact they are simple Stage 1 farm lots.
Stages 1 up to 7 will come later.
The farms are CAMpatible and I think they are SPAMpatible.
Don't get shocked by the list of dependencies. If you do: just leave this set on the STEX.

I especially like the greenhouse lots, they have been long overdue, but fortunately, they are finally here!

Thank you for these. They really came in need.

 

 

How is this different from the recent upload?

 

Previous upload was more of a dependency file. You couldn't actually grow anything without lotting the content as farms yourself, or waiting for Frank to finish his work.

Very much needed, and well done. 5/5 from me.

 

I live in a rural area, and farms are very much like this in my area.  One farmer may own hundreds or thousands of acres over several parcels, but only have a central barn and house with his equipment in it.  Most of the land parcels are simply plowed fields, with no buildings on them at all.
