About This File

Heroult-Deville is an aluminum clad skyscraper for the Houston and Euro tilesets.  CO$$ and CO$$$ versions are included.  While the game can be played with both at the same time, I recommend choosing one version.

• 4x3 growable and ploppable CO§§ lots.

• 4x3 growable and ploppable CO§§§ lots.

• MaxisNite and DarkNite night versions included.
• Dark Nite requires the Day and Nite Modd.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download either the DarkNite (DN) or MaxisNite (MN) version. If you're unsure, choose the MN version.
2. Unzip the .zip and move its contents to Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins.
4. SC4Lot files are descriptively titled. Remove the lot versions which you don't want. Do not remove any .SC4Model files.

The lack of windows on the base actually scares me a bit. It feels like a vault or prison to me. But the modeling and texturing are unsurpassed!

This is scam!! The building is labeled "HD", but it is actually rendered in SD!!1!1 :P

Seriously, another wonderful surprise BAT, Mr. Sneakypants. Those rounded corners and the fountain are very nice details, and it's impressive to see just with how much blandness you can get away. Smooth walls, clear lines, practically no roof junk at all, and a lot devoid of every kind of regular prop. (Im might change the latter at least slightly for my personal use.)

An excellent BAT!!! Both modelling and textures are fabulous!

And it comes in a standard sized lot, which integrates well with the Maxis content!!!

Why can't more BATters make buildings like this, and we have to deal with lot sizes like 7x4 or 5x3, which require special zoning? Can players remember the lot sizes of all the custom content they have installed? Nooooo!!!
