A small set of Maxis local government buildings without parking lots.

 

Includes:

  • Small Library 1x2
  • Large Police Station 2x2
  • Large Fire Station 2x2
  • Small Medical Clinic 1x1

The red and yellow areas shown in the screenshot are mirrored layouts except for in the red area the city government has sold off the parking lots for high valued development, providing a financial boost to the city and reducing automobile dependency.

 

A total of 10 cells can be freed for development with this download.
