As the city government continues to make cuts the city's attention has turned to selling car parks of government buildings to developers to raise cash.
This lot allows you to replace the space inefficient old large 3x3 police station with one of 2x2 size, freeing up 5 cells for redevelopment.
In short: This lot replaces the 3x3 Large Police Station with a 2x2 Large Police Station.
