This is a great idea, surely everyone was waitnig for something like this to come out. I would like to offer a little critique on this one. Not really a negative comment or anything, just a thought.
The model seems perfect, however, most elevated networks rise 15m above gorund, so this would be even better with that height. And the other thing, which is actually even more important to emphasize, from my point of view at least. Avenue is a simple network, made by MAXIS and thus is capable of interacting with just about anything. So making the TE lot with it is actaully a good idea, but still quite restrective, as there is no apparent need for it to be a TE lot. If i summarize this in to a bit. It would be very awesome if this overpass wpuld be an overhang, so you could fit RHW's underneath, maybe even others. In the end Simcity is what it is today, because it's mods are becoming more and more intercompatible. There have been a lot of things that are already standardized by the different communities. And I believe standardization should be applied to all of the mods being produced.

Otherwise, great work, even great presentation!

if I may make a slight suggestion, maybe mod it so that it fits in the Airport menu as it seems more at home there than in the metro menu.
