History (*):
"One Times Square, today a recognizable address on any continent, started out as the only skyscraper for miles around when it was completed in 1905.
Originally named the Times Tower, architects Cyrus L.W. Eidlitz and Andrew C. MacKenzie clad the second-tallest building in Manhattan in Italian Renaissance terra cotta. The 25-story tower was home to the New York Times and opened with dramatic timing on December 31, 1904, marking the occasion with a fireworks display at midnight.
The Times newspaper moved to larger quarters in 1913, but the name stuck, leaving the surrounding area as Times Square. Current operators of the building have noted that more revenue is generated from the advertisements that run along the building’s sides than would be from actual tenants. This is a sad change in the life of a building that has been an epicenter of collective human memory for a little over one hundred years. In the case of One Times Square, the memory of place now appears to overshadow the actual place."

Just unzip and copy the folder according to the night mode you use into "MyDocuments\Simcity4\Plugin" folder. After that, the building will be available in the game.
