Asheville Orion Diesel Bus
First and foremost, a very special thanks to Gwail for the use of his "NYC MTA - Orion Bus VII" upload, namely the CNG model.
Here's an old diesel bus from Asheville's transit system "Asheville Redefines Transit" fitted onto Gwai's CNG model. The bus sports the old color scheme used by the transit system - a maroon stripe on a white bus, with an Asheville City Hall insignia in the stripe. These buses were acquired in the early/mid nineties, and have recently been replaced with more fuel efficient diesel-electrics, and hybrid-electrics (possibly coming soon to a STEX near you?? 
).
A little information behind the details: The banner on the front is "Ingles", a major local grocery store chain in Western North Carolina and the surrounding areas. The side banner is from last year's TEDx Asheville, for those of you who are familar with TED talks and TEDx programs. "Tunnel Road" is a 4 lane road that leads out of downtown Asheville and heads south to the Asheville Mall. It's one of the more popular bus routes in the system.

Installation Notes: Two models are included, an version that adds the bus to your game, and a version that will replace the default bus. Pick one of the two and put it in "My Documents" --> "SimCity 4" --> "Plugins"
