Excellent job on this building: nice, simple and functional...and I love the name :-)

Excellent BAT!!!
At last, a BAT comming in standard-sized lots!
Now about modding, capacity is about right for the Chicago tileset, but low for the other 3 tilesets (unfortunately Maxis isn't consistent even with itself). Building Value is low, meaning that it will be paying low taxes.
Btw what is the architectural style exactly?

Ah I set the building value too low? Oh and it's an International Styled building, so the Houston Tile Set would probably fit it better.

Oh I must say how rather humorous it was to watch some Sims have a fender bender/wreck in front of this building. xD
