Modular Cemetery and Park Walls 205
Parks 205 AddOn Vol02

This AddOn brings you two small modular sets - Park Walls and Cemetery, both designed to fit seamless into the Parks205 series. They'll help to transition a typical open park into a more closed and quiet cemetery and back to a free flowing park.

Each set contains 7 pieces, all of them 1x1, with various configurations of walls, gates, tombstones, sarks and crypts, some of them with typical path configurations to connect them easily to the rest of the Parks205 series.

DEVELOPER NOTES

All wall- and cemetery items are neutral, no special effects or benefits. You find them in the Parks menu sorted in near the SIDINGS205, with custom icons.

Note that the AddOn contains one further item - an optional replacement for the default cemeteries (all 3 stages). The design is the same like one of the Cemetery205 Fillers, but with the functionality of the default cemetary. So once you are advised that "Your Sims demand a cemetery", you can just bulldoze one of the fillers in your cemetery-layout and plop the replacement tile instead. That way you get the default perks but don't need to change your carefully planned layout.

If you'd rather use the default items (which are kinda large 5x5 lots, and not the prettiest either), you can just remove the cemetery_replacements.dat from the AddOn.

Well, beauty has its price :-)

Seriously though - I feel that the number of dependencies has to be measured by their use. The Parks 205 series is a fairly advanced park system with countless options for variety, layout, textures, accessories and addons. The chosen dependencies are not only among the finest compilations out there, they are also used (or: planned to be used) to their fullest - none of them will add 10Mb of ballast for just a single waste basket or planter... ;-)

So all future addons I have waiting in my pipeline will add more items and more variety to the existing (core) series without the need for further dependencies (except maybe the occasional special purpose pack).

There used to be a modular cemetery that I would used in all of my cities, but it started looking dated. This is a beautiful replacement, and will be well used in every city I make from now on :D great work 5/5

You are absurdly good at what you do. This is perfect. Any chance you'd ever do a golf course modular set? Also, random question (from a newer player), where did you get that church?

The little replacement mod is optional and completely independent of the modular set. There is no 'bug' to repair...

* The mod (and only the mod) offers a replacement - so you cannot have both default and replaced cemeteries at the same time. If you have already plopped default cemeteries in your city before you added the 205s, you should bulldoze them - or else do not use the replacement mod, in which case you should just remove the file 'cemetery_replacements.dat'.

And again - after removing the cemetery_replacements.dat, you can still use all the other modular lots with your default cemeteries.
