This is an improvement on recent bats, however I think the glass is too light and gives it a washed out feel..perhaps try a darker ground plane to reflect? Also add a little pink to the white textures...these things have been said before. Like it though, good work!

To really give all the credit an excellent model like this deserves, you should take more care in making the lot for it. This lot is.... (sorry) bad, way to simple and "cheap" for this beautiful model, therefor making it less attractive at first sight.

Your BATs are getting better and better!

Sure, the lot might be a little bit empty and you can listen to almost all people that commented on it.
However, in a dense skyscraper forest nobody will ever see the lot it's on.

This is much much better than the few previous commercial bat of yours. I am so glad you finally go after a smaller commercial lot size after a few notable missteps doing large lots. Although the lot is simple, I don't rate it down for that, because it wasn't a major eyesore problem as in some of your other work. Finally I can give a 5/5 to your commerical lots.

Very nice! I'm not worried about the lot as I can make the changes I want myself. The textures could use a bit of improvement but overall it's a great BAT. As usual for you, the nightlights are spectacular.

Great work. Personally I like the lot as it is. All this parking around a building is just ridiculous and in how many cities do you find that. Parking garages are the norm for most modern cities.

Your modeling is good, but you really have to start paying more attention to materials and textures. As they are really letting down overall result of your work. Model looks washed out and fake, neither realistic no fitting the game environment. And it's all due to the material setup.
