How to keep Dirty & Manufacturing Industry?
woodnava replied to a432rar's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
No no no. If you do that without educating your sims to the right level, then you are likely to see a lot of unemployed sims who are seeking high-tech work, but cant find it. Cobhris is right, build elementary schools and nothing else. If you do that, you will end up with 90% manufacturing. Is that I control i dont want a lot of rich people. because i want to create Manufacture industry and they need to lower labor for worker in factory. I'm happy with the way this city to country of manufacture Actually, I am creating a region with poor people. I provide all services to excellent standards, except for education where I only allow private schools and college. yes! I have a different revenue stream when I put in the primary school suddenly is bounded to I-TH ... noooo i not want I-TH i just need demand IM ! -

I suggest you to try to get as many as possible R$ and R$$ and keep the education at medium level, don't let it to be reduced nor increased. Also make sure you have a good medical service and able to minimize the amount of R$$$ sims (Not prohibiting them from living in your city), because I-M also needs few R$$$ to manage the factories. However, having a city with 100% population working in one sector is not possible, there should be a balance between all types of RCI. That means you can't get 100% I-M jobs in your city, you must have some I-D and C too. Thanks for the advice jeson. many have grassroots population and a few rich people education=60-80. but Not meet IM in RCI. only limited in ID,I-TH City as a whole. There is no specific IM only. x( I will change to IM estate
