I'm sure everyone noticed that NONE of the power plants had parking for workers. Well, now the Oil Power Plant does. I've even included one with a spur for tank cars to deliver and unload oil. Only the first tile of the spur is transit enabled so you can make it look like a track is going to the plant. Enjoy!
