The roof and the sign look like they need better texturing. And those lamps just seem a bit too much...ordinary light posts would do just fine. And there is just something strange about the nightlighting...It looks like it's empty inside.
Overall I like the model and we do need more pizza restaurants!

Very good, but not perfect. The roof outer roof design seems off, some of the texturing is a bit "bright", and the big sign is a too thick in support and in the sign. Also, your lot is great, but those lamps could use a pruning. I would have left off either the inner or outer group myself. I'd say a 4.5/5.

I think this looks really good, and since others already pointed out the sign and other small quirks, I'll just say overall it's a nice addition for SC4 cities.

Seeing this is making me want pizza. It's always nice to have more pizza places besides Pizza Hut, of which there are more than one already available on the STEX).
