Technically it is possible, but it would be impossible to control the orientation of the buildings. Also depending on the slope the buildings would sink into the ground, or if made conforming would not be level.

Great idea. You should include an angled version (say on a 45) so that no matter the shape of the land, they can always face the sea. Great work.
