redscope53: As a 3x4 R$$$, I don't think its windows are that overscaled, especially if you take into account all surrounding buildings in the pic are lower wealth (except Kowloon Sun Tan). But I do think these blueish lights are extremely R$ or CO and diminsh any R$$$ impact at night time, something I think Bixel must reconsider. Otherwise, this is still typical 5/5 quality in my books. ^^
