I m just wondering why my uploads are very "light" in term of weight. Only 17.6KB... I have no explanation... :)

Model look great, you only have one major problem. The lighting rig is too small, resulting in the lack of shadows on the upper part of the building. Fix this, and it you are golden.

The file is "light" because you forgot to add in the model file! oops! To anyone who downloaded or plans on downloading, please wait until this is updated to include all necessary files.

I love anything flashy like Times Square billboards to liven up a downtown core. Need to see the nightlighting to make a full assessment though b/c, after all, where's the fun if a building like this doesn't look good all lit up at night?

I visited times square many years ago, it is awesome at night with all the flashing lights advertising anything that helps recreate that in Simcity deserves 5/5. Howevever a bit more work please on the nightlighting would be good

I love this model and can't wait for the update. While I usually only play in daytime, I enjoy watching the nightlife once my city grows quite a bit and this one would be a much needed centerpiece addition. To be fair I won't rate this right now and will wait for the update. Thanks for sharing.
