Great work. This is some unique functionality to it. One minor point, your batted cars are way too big. Check out the scale of them in relation to the maxis car driving below. The whole thing really needed to be scaled down. Other than that, great job.

Wow, finally a good-looking parking garage BAT!! This is great news, especially since you did a really good job on it. While the avenue feature is cool and saves spaces, is there any chance we will see a regular version as well?
