Terrific lots with amazing eye for details! Thanks for these! One point - it may be only I that experience this - the main building look perfect when seen from N, E and S, but turns invisible when viewed from W? Goes for all three lots.

Hi there! Installing is very simple. Search your Documents or my documents-folder. There, you should find a "SimCity 4" folder, and in it, there's a folder called "Plugins" All you have to do, is to unzip here the file, you downloaded. The building will quickly appear, when you have big demand for I-manufacturing. Of course, it depends on many conditions...

..such as education, zone type, (needs high density!) or transportation. (shorten the freight trips, build bus stations, etc) All in all, it's rather easy to grow, it dosen't need much effort really. hope this helped!
