Situated strategically in the financial and insurance districts of Lower Manhattan, 77 Water Street is only minutes from NYSE, and several headquarters of major American businesses. At only 26 stories, it was a short building relative to the skyscrapers around it. Homorously, the owners built a fake runway and WWI biplane on the roof, just to amuse the workers in surrounding buildings, namely the World Trade Center which was under consruction also in 1970.
I suggest this building if you need/want a happier tone in your city, or you just like it. It's up to you.

Grows on a 3x2 medium or high density commercial lot
Also comes as a ploppable landmark with the same properties as the growable.
No dependencies! Just unzip it in your plugins folder and you're good to go!
There are two files inside: Growable and Ploppable. You can delete the Growable file if you don't want it to grow in your city, or delete the Ploppable if you don't want it in your menu. Don't delete both, it wouldn't have a purpose anymore.
